Gates Tower aglow for the holidays

Dec. 7, 2018 — About 80 Grinnell College students, faculty, and staff joined community members Nov. 29 to usher in one of Grinnell’s newer holiday traditions. Established in 2015 as a community-building event, the Grinnell College Student Alumni Council organizes an event to light up Gates-Rawson Tower. The festivities included singing, refreshments, and the unveiling of the lights. Jonathan Gilmour ’19, co-president of Student Alumni Council, organized the event with the help of several council members. Here are a few photos from the festivities.

The G-Tones brought some holiday cheer by performing a few songs.
