Back Together Gatherings

The Office of Development and Alumni Relations invites Grinnell alumni and friends to reconnect in-person at our first social events since the pandemic began. See old friends, make new ones, and have fun at Grinnell College Alumni Back Together Gatherings.

Please note that the safety of all Grinnellians and guests remains our top priority. Please review our Covid-19 safety precautions and policies for all alumni events before attending. Attendees must follow health guidelines of the state and local governments where the event is occurring, along with any related policies of the event venue and Grinnell College. At a minimum, masks are required at every indoor Back Together Gathering and suggested at outdoor gatherings involving closer contact.

Due to potential pandemic-related changes, we retain the right to cancel Back Together Gatherings for any reason up to five days before the event.

Previously, additional regional networks had planned on hosting a Back Together Gathering. As the Delta variant continues to surge across the United States, we, along with our volunteers, have decided to postpone any future in-person gatherings until later in the year and potentially until 2022. Instead, stay tuned for invitations to some fun virtual events!
