7–8:30 p.m. CT
Zoom event
Have a story to share?
If you’ve got a 5-7 minute long, true personal story on that theme that you’d love to share with your fellow Grinnellians, please join us to tell your story. Your story should be: on theme (the theme is intended to provide a prompt, to help you craft your story—but you decide how your story relates to the theme), on time (please try to adhere to the 5-7 minute time limit), true, and told (versus read).
If you've got a personal story to tell, please email David Hollond '91 at davidhollond@gmail.com and associate director of alumni and donor relations, Ashley Renstrom-Schaefer at schaefer@grinnell.edu so we can get you on the docket for the event. This is an open mic event and the first 8 people to respond will get to share their story.
Want to listen to the stories and catch up with classmates?
Register by Tuesday, May 4 at 11:59 p.m. CT. A link to the Zoom event will be included in your registration.
Please join us May 6th, whether it is to tell your story or whether it is to listen to some great stories from members of the Grinnell family. In this time of stress and social distancing, we hope you enjoy the opportunity to come together virtually to connect and share experiences with each other.
