Why I Wanted to Serve on the Alumni Council:
I see Alumni Council as an opportunity to formalize my previous efforts as a donor to the college and mentor to students interested in business, as well as build meaningful connections with a diverse community of Grinnellians.

A Little Bit About Me:
I'm currently Head of Internal Communications at WeWork, a global real estate company focused on flexible space. We provide companies of all sizes with the space, community, and services they need to run and grow their business. My team of six -- based in New York City and London -- focuses on setting and executing the strategy for how WeWork communicates with its employees. We communicate through global town halls, executive communications, newsletters, videos and more, on topics ranging from key business initiatives to inclusion and diversity, to learning and development. Though dramatically different from the academic path I planned to pursue post-graduation, my current role allows me to indulge my passions for writing and editing, storytelling, strategic communications, people management and team-based collaboration.
