Support BIPOC Students

Gifts to Grinnell help us to uplift our commitment to our core value of diversity, equity and inclusion. The College engages, empowers, and encourages students to be their authentic selves. BIPOC students utilize spaces like the Conney M. Kimbo Black Cultural Center, the Multicultural Leadership Council student organization suites in the JRC, and the Stonewall Resource Center to explore their identities and create change. They break bread together, study together, create and attend educational programs and events together while building community and a sense of belonging as Grinnellians.

By selecting BIPOC your money could assist students in the following ways:

  • Attendance at a social justice or DEI focused conference
  • Scholarships and fellowships
  • Books for cultural centers and MLC suites
  • Art for cultural centers and MLC suites
  • Support the work of Intercultural Affairs
  • Creating events and programs in the Black Cultural Center (BCC)
  • Creating events and programs in the Stonewall Resource Center (SRC)
  • Provide funding to MLC Student Orgs: Concerned Black Students (CBS), African Caribbean Student Association (ACSU), Student Organization for Latinxs (SOL) Asian American Student Association (AAA), Chinese Student Association (CSA), Queer People of Color (QPOC), International Student Organization (ISO), and Chalutzim.

This form allows you to direct one gift to more than one area of support. To do so, enter the amount you wish to direct to the first area, use the drop down to select the area, and click Next.

You may then repeat the steps for a second area (or more) to support.
