Building Community, Connection, and Resilience during Challenging Times

How resilient are you? Have you considered new ways to build connection during the pandemic? What mental saboteurs make it more difficult for you to adapt to challenging times? How has your Grinnell education impacted your perception of some of the big societal changes happening right now?

Erin Owen '94 invites Grinnell College alumni and current students in the greater Philadelphia-area to engage with and reflect upon these questions during a virtual short presentation and conversation on how to build community, connection, and resilience during challenging times. During the event, attendees will also share some of their favorite local spots and strategies for stress relief, self-care, and fun.

Erin is an executive coach who also leads workshops about how to use positive mental techniques to develop personal resilience.
