Why I Wanted to Serve on the Alumni Council:
I wanted to serve on the Alumni Council to deepen my connection to Grinnell. I've been an active Class Fund Director and reunion volunteer for my class and have enjoyed returning to campus and staying engaged. Whether it's Zooming with a group of fellow French Majors to talk about how majoring in French helped me find my career in journalism, or hosting Grinnellians as interns, I'm always energized by meeting current Grinnellians. There's a continuity across generations I can always recognize. Alumni have an important role to play in supporting Grinnell and I hope I can help more alumni see the many ways their involvement matters.

A Little Bit About Me:
I'm a radio journalist, married to Leif Larsen '88, and mom of a daughter at Davidson College and a daughter who will be in the class of '26 at Grinnell.
