Over twenty years ago, I was homeless, and Grinnell bet on me. I will always be grateful for the College's willingness to take a chance on me.
My time at Grinnell was far from easy, but the friendships and mentoring relationships I found have made all the difference. I joined Alumni Council precisely because not everyone made the same connections that I did, and I thought that I could help make the Grinnell I discovered, available to all students and alumni.

A Little Bit About Me:
I am currently a Counsel with the law firm Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP in Washington, D.C., where I represent start-ups, private equity funds, and leading companies in competition matters, government investigations, litigation, and international arbitration. My work has been recognized by Super Lawyers and Legal500. And I maintain an active civil rights pro-bono practice. In my free time, I am an active runner and father to my two wonderful children Uma and Siddha.
