Why I Wanted to Serve on the Alumni Council:
My four years at Grinnell helped shape who I am. The community I found there was caring, supportive, and pushed me to grow in ways I didn't expect. I am deeply grateful for that.
As part of the Alumni Council, I want to invest in three things: the experience of current students, the relationship between alumni and the college, and the professional opportunities available to current Grinnellians.
A Quote I Like:
“You're only given a little spark of madness. You mustn't lose it.”
―Robin Williams
A Little Bit About Me:
Since I was a child, I have been fascinated by the fact that two people can look at the exact same thing and see something completely different. That question took me from Kolkata to Grinnell to study behavioral economics, into economic consulting at Analysis Group, finding the human story inside data on complex antitrust and litigation matters, and now to Kellogg for my MBA. On the weekends, I take that same instinct onto the tennis court, reading the person across the net before they even swing their racket.
