Grinnell-on-the-Front Range: A Day at Rocky Mountain Arsenal Wildlife Refuge
Kate Kramer ’76, the Grinnell-on-the-Front Range regional planning committee, and the Office of Development and Alumni Relations invite you to enjoy a special day at Rocky Mountain Arsenal National Wildlife Refuge with your fellow Grinnellians.
At the refuge, we will meet at the Visitor Center, enjoy a private presentation about the park, feed black-footed ferrets, and go on a short, flat hike to the bison fields fence. Kate works at the refuge as Manager of the Generation Wild Northeast Metro grant with the Friends of the Front Range Wildlife Refuges and can share some stories and insights from her work with the group.
Bring your hiking shoes, camera, a water bottle, and Grinnellian curiosity to this fun, family-friendly event!
