Welcome to the 5th Reunion registration page. Please use this form to register if you are in the class of 2014, 2015, or 2016.
You will receive an email confirmation with details of your Reunion registration purchases shortly after you register. We encourage you to keep this receipt and bring it with you to Reunion.
To register for Alumni College 2020, please complete the Alumni College registration.
We encourage alumni and their guests to register early. Registrations received after 5 p.m. on Friday, May 1 will incur a $50 late fee per adult registration. Registration will remain open until 5 p.m. on Friday, May 8.

Register by March 15 and receive a Reunion gift when you arrive on campus.

The Reunion Registration fee is a nominal charge assessed to all Alumni College and Reunion attendees. Grinnell College strives to make Reunion an affordable and accessible event for all participants. The fee assists with general Reunion costs such as golf cart rentals, student worker wages, equipment rental, and the 5th Reunion Friday Social. The form will auto fill for “1” registrant (the person completing the form) but there is the option to add on additional adult guests.
The deadline for registering for a shuttle was May 3 at 5 p.m.

Please choose on-campus housing or indicate you will be arranging for your own accommodations. If you choose a double room and do not indicate a roommate, we will place someone in the room with you. Roommates must choose each other to be housed together. Later in the process, you will have the opportunity to indicate preferences, including roommate choices.
All on-campus housing will be in a residence hall and does include basic linens. Residence halls open for Reunion on Thursday, May 28.
Housing is per person. Children who do not need a bed are free (i.e. sleeping in a portable crib or in a sleeping bag on the floor).
If you do not require housing, please indicate this by placing a "1" in “No Housing Needed.”

Please let us know if you require a one-way or roundtrip shuttle to/from the airport as part of your visit to campus for Reunion. If you select this option, you will be sent a separate shuttle form in May through which to share the details of your arrival and/or departure. The deadline to register for a shuttle is Friday, May 1, 2020. Shuttle Forms will be mailed to you after this date. We will not accept shuttle reservation after May 1. Any shuttles reserved after this time will be assessed a late fee and will only be accommodated if there is availability. Shuttles cannot be guaranteed after May 1.
Shuttle prices are per person/per seat. There are no discounts based on age. If you have a child, please bring a car seat appropriate for their age.
If you do not need a shuttle, you must indicate so by placing a "1" in “No Shuttle Needed.”

Please check the paper schedule and the Reunion App for photo times and locations. The app will be available for download in May. You will receive one 8X10 printed photo. It will be mailed to you 3-4 weeks after Reunion. If you would like to purchase a class photo other than your own, please call us at 866-850-1846.

Grinnell College offers programs on Saturday that can engage your child and offer you some time alone with classmates. Options include the following:
- Traditional child care for ages 6 weeks to 5 years can be arranged for a day session and an evening session at the Iowa licensed Grinnell Early Learning Center located just a ½ mile from campus.
- Camp Grinnell for kids between 6 and 11 years. This program is primarily located on campus, but may have excursions to parks, meals, or recreation opportunities off campus, but within walking distance. Camp Grinnell also offers a day and an evening session.
- Young Pioneers Teen Program offers a day trip to a local amusement park for kids ages 12-17 and an evening session closer to campus for kids ages 12-15.
Activities are subject to change but will be set in advance. A schedule will be mailed to registrants approximately 2 weeks before the start of Reunion.
Please note that both Camp Grinnell and the Young Pioneers Teen Programs are not run by licensed child care providers. These programs are intended to be similar to camp programs. If your child needs special supervision please tell us when you register (send an email to alumni@grinnell.edu). Failure to provide special considerations and/or needs of a child in advance may result in your child not being able to participate. Our goal is the safety and enjoyment of your child and the other children in the program. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

Reunion and Alumni College 2020 Registration

The coronavirus COVID-19 continues to spread across the United States and around the globe. At this time, there are no known cases on campus or in the community of Grinnell. However, because the situation is changing so rapidly, we are compelled to focus on our efforts to prevent or slow the transmission of the virus. The College is doing all it can to mitigate health and safety risks to our community, including a transition to distance learning for students and remote work for many College employees. First and foremost our top priority is to protect the health and safety of our campus and residential Grinnell communities.
With this in mind, the College recently announced the postponement of the 2020 Commencement ceremony and after lengthy considerations, we sadly announce the cancellation of Alumni College and Reunion 2020.
