Grinnell-in-the-Twin Cities: Winter Gathering
Joshua Bornhorst ’97, Mari Guttman ’09, Lizzy Hinman ’20, Michael Maiorana ’12, and the Twin Cities Regional Planning Committee invite you to join the fun at a Grinnell-in-the-Twin Cities Winter Gathering.
This year each city's Winter Gathering format is unique! At the Twin Cities event, explore Art Shanty Projects, a collection of outdoor art experiences and installations set up for four weeks each winter with your fellow Grinnellians. This event takes places right on Lake Harriet if the ice is safe, otherwise it will be just off the lake next to the Lake Harriet Bandshell.
This is a great opportunity to meet current students and local Grinnell alumni!

Art Shanty Projects

12:45 p.m. — Meet up and mingle at the picnic tables directly north of Bread & Pickle (location pictured here). Two food trucks will be nearby (D&D Goodies, Wandering Mug)
1 –2 p.m. — Explore Art Shanty Projects together!
2 p.m. — Reconvene at the picnic tables for more mingling and chatting about what we saw.
