Creative Contemporary Movement: Ideas and Inspiration
Awaken creativity with a contemporary movement class! Accessible to people of all ages and ability levels, Creative Contemporary Movement provides gentle prompts for participants to explore the opposing movement concepts of expansion/contraction, suspension/release, and bound/released energy. Designed to invigorate the mind and spirit, dance sequences invite a deepening of body awareness with a focus on appreciation of our possibilities, not our limitations.
