Grinnell College Young Alumni Socials

You’re invited to the Young Alumni Socials (YAS)! Alums from the classes of 2013-2023 will gather in cities across the country on Thursday, Feb. 8 to connect with old friends, meet some new ones and celebrate all things Grinnell.

Young Alumni Socials are happy hour-style events hosted by young alumni in partnership with the Office of Development and Alumni Relations. Alums are invited to enjoy their first round of drinks on the College (choose between a non-alcoholic beverage, beer or wine).

Registration is now open and there is no charge to attend. Check the list below to find the YAS location closest to you.

Who can attend a Young Alumni Social?

Young Alumni Socials are designed for Grinnell College alums from the classes of 2013-2023 and their plus ones.

What will be provided?

Young Alumni Social attendees are invited to enjoy their first drink on the College. Guests may choose from non-alcoholic beverages, beer, and wine.

What does the event cost?

Young Alumni Socials are no cost to all attendees. If guests choose to order a second drink, they are responsible for paying for it.
