Grinnell-in-the-Corridor Summer Picnic

Charlie and Shannon Hammen Miner ’01, the Grinnell-in-the-Corridor Regional Planning Committee, the Office of Development and Alumni Relations, and the Office of Admission invite all members of the Grinnell community (and their families) in the area to the Grinnell-in-the-Iowa Corridor summer picnic. See old friends, make new ones, and give a special welcome to the just-graduated class of 2017 and the entering class of 2021.

Online registration will remain open through Sunday, July 30, after that, registrations will be accepted by phone. Please note that the Registered Attendees list to the left does not display all registrants or guests and is, therefore, not fully representative.

Potluck instructions

Please bring a dish to share with others based on the list below. As hosts, Charlie and Shannon will provide the main dish, beverages, cups, plates, napkins, flatware, and ice. 

If your last name begins with:
A–H ― please bring an appetizer or finger food
I–Q ― please bring a side dish or salad
R–Z ― please bring a dessert

Please bring lawn chairs if you are able, as well as lawn games such as bocce or bags if you would like! Shannon will bring bubbles, chalk, and hula hoops for children.
