20th Reunion Planning Weekend

We are excited to host you as you begin the journey of preparing for your 20th Reunion in 2018. The schedule will be posted here. Check back on Monday, October 1.

A couple things to keep in mind as you register for the weekend:

  1. You must register by Wednesday, October 4. Since we are staying at the hotel, we have to turn in our final housing rosters. For this reason, we will not be accepting late registrations. You may register below or by calling 866-850-1846.
  2. Please try to arrive between 3 p.m.-4 p.m. to the hotel on Friday. Check-in begins at 3 p.m. If you must arrive earlier or you will not be in by 4 p.m., please notify Paige Everly.
  3. If you need to bring a service/travel companion for medical reasons, we will be pleased to accommodate your needs and ask that you contact Brenda Kremer for assistance. The fee for all other guests is $25 per guest. This cost will defray the cost of housing and will include attendance at the Berghoff event and Saturday night dinner.
  4. If you have any dietary needs or allergies, please let us know on the form.
  5. An email will be sent to you the 5-7 days before the event, confirming your attendance. Room numbers will not be provided, as the hotel will assign those at check-in.
