History Happy Hour — Minnesota Breweries
Have a beer with friends at the Alexander Ramsey House while learning about the history of Minnesota breweries. Join Andrew Gieseke, a certified beer judge and craft beer enthusiast, for a look at the past, present, and future of brewing in Minnesota. From the earliest breweries in the 1850s to the microbreweries of the 21st century, discover how brewing culture has changed over time and explore its impact on the state.

Tickets are $25 per person and include two drinks, snacks, the presentation, and time to mingle in the mansion. Tickets for young alumni (2006-16) will be subsidized by the Grinnell-in-the-Twin Cities planning committee budget and will be $15.
This program is for ages 21 and older and has a limited number of seats, so be sure to purchase your ticket soon! Purchase your ticket by phone with the Office of Development and Alumni Relations at 866-850-1846 by Thursday, March 23.
