’75–’85 Shrimp & Grits Cooking Class

Are you tired of cooking the same recipes over and over again? Maybe you miss hanging out with your Grinnellian classmates? If so, join us for a live virtual cooking class hosted by Elizabeth Wiley ’79, Elizabeth Valenti ’82, Kristine Hofstra, and the Office of Development and Alumni Relations.

Wiley, Liz, and Kristine will lead participants in a live cooking demonstration of how to make shrimp and grits then will wrap up the event with a New York Sour mixology lesson. Participants will be provided the recipes and ingredients lists if you wish to cook along or you are welcome to just watch and ask questions as they do the cooking!

Of course, this is a great opportunity to connect with your fellow Grinnellians during the event as well!
