Grinnell-in-Washington D.C.: Grinnellians Near Us

Grinnell-in-Washington, D.C. Regional Planning Committee Coordinators Kartik Sheth ’93 and Gregory Gaines ’72 and the planning committee invite you to join your Grinnell neighbors for a unique event we are calling “Grinnellians Near Us!”.

On April 27, your fellow Grinnellians have agreed to host a casual meal or dessert (ice cream) either at their home or a nearby restaurant where they live. We have possible locations all across the DMV and in Baltimore.  It is a chance to mingle with your neighbors and have a meal or just good conversations as you wish. We invite you to please sign up for one of these events if you are available – since space is limited please sign up early!

Please note that some hosts are flexible and can change location or the time, so if you really want to go to one of these in your neighborhood but the exact restaurant or time doesn’t work out, please indicate that when you register, and we will contact you with more details.
