Meet our hosts

Claire Polland '22 & Sophie Jackson '22Claire and Sophie met in April of 2018 at an admitted student’s day. They reunited months later as first years and were fast friends. Throughout their first year, they enjoyed activities such as complaining about Grinnell’s course load, watching the hit reality franchise The Bachelor, and negotiating the typical first year college experience. The two started the hit* radio show, Women Tell All: First Year Experience. Though the radio show was originally made up of jokes and a little bit of gossip, the idea took a more serious turn when they realized they could use their platform to interview and feature womxn and gender nonconforming alums.

*Two people really liked it.
