This space is officially named in gratitude of the generosity of Christine Greene Clausen ’64.
Tribute
An Iowa native, Christine is the daughter of a Norwegian immigrant father and is the first, and only, member of her family to earn a college degree. She was fortunate to have access to an exceptional public school system, including a college prep and interdisciplinary studies, a rarity in the late fifties. Together with her family background and a lifetime of travel, she has developed a great appreciation for a liberal arts education and global viewpoint as a path to better informed, engaged individuals and collaborative communities.
