Tribute
Brian Dunn ’88 and Amy Hamilton ’89 met while students at Grinnell College. Amy, originally from Andover, Massachusetts, pursued a degree in Art. Having grown up in Indiana, Brian came to Grinnell to study Chemistry. In 1990 Brian earned an MBA from the University of Illinois in Chicago.
Brian and Amy married August 10, 1991. Their son Griffin graduated from the Milwaukee School of Engineering in 2021.
Today Brian runs two companies he founded: one specializes in marketing for software value-added resellers and the other is an investment advisory practice. After a long career in print and retail advertising, Amy currently freelances as a graphic designer and art director.
In their spare time, Brian creates electronic music and Amy creates interior design concepts on Houzz.
