Grinnell-in-Northern New England Summer Picnic
Toben Galvin ’95, Mary Knuth Otto ’63, and the Office of Development and Alumni Relations invite you to the Grinnell-in-Northern New England summer picnic.
Summer picnics are fun, casual get togethers for Grinnellians. All members of the Grinnell Community — alumni, current students, incoming new students, family members, and friends — are welcome at summer picnics.
At the Vermont summer picnic, bring your kayaks, swim suit, bocce set, cooler, and join us for a Shelburne beach sunset event!

Please bring a dish to share—your favorite picnic food or a dish that reminds you of your time at Grinnell. The event hosts will provide beverages, plates, napkins, cups, and utensils.
Do come even if you can't bring anything—we will have extra food so there will be plenty for everyone. Getting to spend time with you is the most important thing!
Feel free to bring camp chairs, coolers, and yard games.
Parking
There is a $6 car entry fee that will be paid for by Grinnell College. Just mention Toben Galvin's name when pulling in as he's a resident.
Visit the Summer Picnics page to learn about the other picnics happening this year.
We look forward to seeing you!
