Alumni Virtual Events

The Office of Development and Alumni Relations collaborates with alumni, regional network planning committees, students, parents, and friends to host virtual events for the Grinnell community. As with all events hosted by our office, our goal is to gather Grinnellians together for fun, learning, and a shared sense of community.

The format of the events below may vary depending on the content and purpose of the event. Every event will list the technology platform being used (Cisco webex, Zoom, etc.) and we encourage you to download that platform in advance of the event.

Also, in these uncertain times, events may need to be postponed or adapted if a host becomes ill or if circumstances change. We appreciate your flexibility as we work through these things together.

Grinnell-in-Washington, D.C. Winter Party Chris Re-Scherer ’14 and the Grinnell-in-Washington, D.C. Regional Community Planning Committee invite you to join the fun at the Grinnell-in-Washington, D.C. Winter Party. This year each city's Winter Party format is unique! At the Washington, D.C. Winter Party, celebrate the chilly season by ice skating and connecting with fellow Grinnellians at the National Gallery of Art Sculpture Garden Ice Rink. This is a great family-friendly event! Winter Party 2–4 p.m. \| Sunday, Jan. 15 National Gallery of Art - Sculpture Garden Ice Rink Constitution Ave NW & 7th St. NW Washington, DC 20408 Tickets for the event are subsidized by the Grinnell-in-Washington, D.C. planning committee and will cost $12 for adults and $9 for children.
