The 20th Annual Alumni Gathering at the Berghoff
The Office of Development and Alumi Relations along with Ellen J. Rostker '74, Evelyn Weidman '17 and the Grinnell-in-Chicago Planning Committee invite alumni, students, parents and friends of Grinnell College to a reception at the Berghoff to welcome alumni from the class of 2017 to the Chicago area.
This event will feature professor of music Mark Laver as he discusses "Improvisation, Democratic Citizenship, and the Liberal Arts"
Friday, October 20, 2017, 6—9:30 p.m.
The program will begin at 7 p.m.
The event will take place on the lower level of the Berghoff Restaurant located at 17 West Adams Street, Chicago, Ill. 60603 (near the intersection of State and Adams streets).
Cost: $20 per person, $10 for young alumni (2013—2017) and current students includes a light buffet, beer, wine and soft drinks.

Directions and Parking
The Berghoff Restaurant is located at 17 West Adams Street on the corner of State and Adams Streets. The event will be on the Lower Level. Use the Berghoff Cafe entrance.
Reduced-rate parking is available at the public self-parking garage located at 17 East Adams Street, at the southwest corner of Wabash and Adams Streets. This is an Interparking company owned lot. Self-park and receive a discount coupon at the event by request at the registration table. Cars in after 4 p.m. and out before 12 midnight will be applicable for the voucher.
